Excellent live music venue on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Great quality live bands with amazing friendly staff. Good choice of drinks too. Brilliant food, highly recommended.
Just ate lunch here today Absolutely can't fault it . Homemade steak pie and chips and burger with fries. Very generous potions and so tasty. Also such friendly service. Definitely worth a visit

We are new to the neighborhood and our friends & locals mentioned The Crook Hotel, it was full ready for a Sunday late afternoon gig, The band were Alcatraz House Band,very tight, loud ( the vocal Mike was picking up the cymbals) very good indeed,we loved it!!! Great service, I haven't seen a pub full up,in years, everyone was dancing, ive seen a few bands in there now, it's a great atmosphere even if you don't drink booze, it's ok to drink coca cola etc, I ask them to put it in a wine glass
